Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)
What is it? - EAL is a therapeutic and educational approach that involves interactions between humans and horses to facilitate personal growth and learning. It’s engaging with horses through nonverbal communication which can lead to change in one’s behavior or thinking patterns. It is grounded in understanding that horses possess an incredible ability to read and reflect human emotions and behaviors. Horses mirror us and this can give us self awareness and feedback immediately.
Individual Sessions - One on one time with Shelley, EAPD Coach. The role of the coach is to help others, improve, develop, learn, grow, and find personal success. To manage life, circumstances, and personal challenges.
